Session I- Keynote
Time: 9:30 am to 10:00 am - Welcome
Time: 10:00 am - 11:00 am - Keynote Speaker: Dr. William Brewster
Topic: “The Caregiver Journey: We're All In This Together”
Overview: “ This is not them; this is us,” Bill tells people. “ We’re all in this together.” Dr. Brewster will blend his personal care-giving experience with his professional experience as a physician to offer “lessons learned” and insights into the care-giving experience.

Session II
Time: 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm - Welcome
Time: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm - Presenter: Rebecca Rule, Family Caregiver, Storyteller, Writer
Topic: “Write to Remember”
Overview: One memory leads to another; the more we remember the more we can remember. Rebecca will provide questions, exercises, and ideas for tapping into our own rich care-giving memories—sources of strength, comfort, and self-knowledge.

Session III
Time: 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm - Welcome
Time: 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm - Presenter: Jeannine Leclerc, ME, Educational Leadership
Topic: Caregivers, You are Essential!
Overview: This workshop provides tools for moments in time for caregivers to take care of themselves.
