SML Community Conversation on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (Option 1)

This winter, SML staff are partaking in diversity and equity training with New Hampshire Listens to deepen our understanding of institutional racism, unconscious bias, micro-aggression, allyship, and inequality in marine science, academia, and beyond.

We hope you will join us for a moderated conversation where we can safely share our experiences and thoughts on racism and inequality within our field and society. Bring your voice and be a part of our learning journey as we work towards making SML a place of belonging for everyone.

We will be offering two separate hour-long sessions to accommodate various schedules:

1) Thursday, February 4 at 7:00 PM ET
2) Friday, February 5 at 12:00 PM ET
